We sell special conical heads to form the recess in concrete. Conical heads are placed on the shutter, together with on stell bar throung the sameheads. After concreting and removal of shutter, the heads are extracted from concrete faces. The both ends of steel bar are cut before filling the holes with a special mortar. We also sell tie-rod sleeve's taps. The steel tie-rods between the opposite shutters of curtains and columns are placed as spacers. Such tie-rod and sleeve are prevented from the contact of the concrete by the means of special taps. Also, we sell tie-rod sleeve's connical heads. The purpose and the place of use are the same of the above tie-rod sleeves with taps. In addition, we sell sleeve for the rods. Steel tie-rods being used in the r. C. Curtains, columns, and beams formworks, are prevented against the contact of fresh concrete, by sleeves which are also neccessary for easier dismountling of rods and as spacers between two apposite r. C. Shutters. These sleeve elements are fabricated by pe mateials being not fragile. Their standart lenghts are 3m. We sell protective cones for tie-rods as well. These are the protective cones for the tie-rods which reinforce the curtain fomworks structures. Due to conical shape; these elements can be reused many times. The holes of conical elements after axtraction from concrete; can be refilled by a special mortar and tapped with a rubber device.
