Welded Carbon Steel Square And Rectangular Hollow Sections:
With its exact tolerances, smooth surface finish, excellent weldabilty and high strength, we provide a complete range of round, square and rectangular production types, Ukrainian origin.
1. Circular EWR steel pipes for water and gas supply is produced are supplied according to EN 10219 S235 JRH; DIN 2440 ST 37.2, GOST 3262-75 St. 1-3 ps/sp, 08 kp. They are available in sizes from 21.3 x 2.0 mm OD up to and including 88.5 x 4 mm OD.
2. Circular longitudinally welded steel pipes are supplied according to EN 10219 S235 JRH; DIN 2440 ST 37.2; GOST 10704-91 St. 1-3 ps/sp, 08 kp. They are available in sizes from 33.7 x 2.0 mm OD up to and including 127.00 x 4 mm OD.
3. Rectangular ERW steel tubes are supplied according to EN 10219 S235 JRH; GOST 8645-68 St. 1-3 ps/sp, 08 kp. Rectangular tubes are available in sizes from 25 x 28 x 2.0 mm up to and including 140 x 60 x 5 mm
4. Square ERW steel tubes are supplied according to EN 10219 S235 JRH; GOST 8639-82 St. 1-3 ps/sp, 08 kp. Square tubes are available in sizes from 20 x 20 x 2.0 mm up to and including 100 x 100 x 5 mm.
Our tubes are delivered in standard lengths of 6 - 12 meter packed in bundles neatly stacked and secured with minimum 6 straps of signode type per bundle. Upon customers request we can apply more straps per bundle. Two labels are placed on each bundles showing size, length, pieces/meters per bundle, weight, steel grade, heat/cast No, made in Ukraine, manufacturer name.
Tube welding seams are subject to 100% non-destructive inspection. Hydraulic pressure tests are guaranteed. Upon customers' request tubes are tested by hydraulic pressure up to 9,6 MPa (100 atm.) If you need pipes suitable for galvanizing we can produce them from steel grade with minimum silicon value.
